HostForWeb have a simple support system with features such as the ticket system whereby the user can fill in an online form stating there problem and enter it into a queue, there is no expected time given for receiving an answer back. They do have an extensive knowledge base where several different categories are listed and these branch off to sub-categories. You also have the option here to search on specific keywords. Also listed under support is a trouble shooter which HostForWeb say takes you on a step by step tour towards finding the answers to your questions, but when I checked this there was nothing but a blank page. The HostForWeb forum is listed on the support pages here you can check for the latest issues and news and also meet users like yourself from which you can gain help. There is also a download section through which you can download documentation for the C panel and WHM help.
